1. Electronic weighing and unloading
The advantages of electronic weighing and unloading are high precision, fast speed, quiet operation, stable operation, and long service life. If the feeding speed is too slow, it will cause material jamming. The performance parameters of the program will extend the feeding time to ensure that the granular materials are completely dropped into the packaging bag. If the feeding speed is too fast and the material falls without being packaged by the packaging machine, extending the feeding time will allow the vertical granular packaging machine to read the signal.
2. The use of measuring cup equipment for material cutting may result in lower accuracy compared to electronic scales, but it is cost-effective. The feeding and sealing of the measuring cup measuring equipment are inconsistent, and it is necessary to adjust the level of the measuring cup and the time for feeding and sealing. If the feeding is fast, the joystick of 1 needs to be lowered, and then the cam of 2 needs to be supported. If the feeding is fast, turn the turntable marker 3 counterclockwise a little. If the feeding is slow, turn the turntable clockwise a little.
